2 tablespoons sliced celery stalk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 1/2 cups shrimp broth
450 grams thick miki noodles
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Procedures
1.Heat cooking oil in a wok, stir-fry garlic, onions, Chinese sausage, chicken, shrimp, tengang daga and celery stalk for 2 minutes.
2.Add soy sauce, cornstarch dissolved in broth and miki noodles.
3.Mix well and allow it to simmer until sauce thickens.
4.Sprinkle with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.
